Anyone have more info on this? Is it right to assume that hoot vr always gives the right values?

My quick observations on different DT values:
dmx2opm->vopmxtfi ("mdx instrument @##") sometimes gives wrong DT values for ripped instruments.

Using track 06/game over's voice-like intro synth from the game Continue (X68000) for reference, -3 dt on op1 (hootvr rip)=3 dt (dmx2opm/mdx instrument rip), and 3 dt on op2=0 dt.

Continue ost for quick reference, mdx file below (opens in hoot player):

Looked at one other track (Asuka 120% - after the battle) with other methods.

mdx2dmp and mdx2opm instruments also give different DT values, with mdx2opm seemingly being the correct ones as they align with hoot voice ripper .opm export values
vgm2tfi instruments also seem to give the wrong DT values based on Asuka 120% - after the battle

Different DT2 values:
Loading instruments in Arcade mode, it seems only .opm files reliably keep the DT2 values while vopmxtfi converted instruments do not.
