Deflemask V Gameboy Hardware Comparison
« on: December 23, 2015, 05:50:45 PM »
Since playing my modules on real GameBoy hardware I've been curious as to what differences there are in between them. As such I decided to record a few modules across all the hardware I could get my hands on and compare it to Deflemask. In the end I'd say the emulator DefleMask uses is damn close to the real thing. I've had issues in the past with volume changes not translating to a particular system over quite so well but otherwise the DefleMask Hardware player has worked quite nicely.

Edit: I'd consider this video inaccurate after the NEZ update.

Thanks for taking the time to do those tests and for sharing them with us! It is really an invaluable information to me (I don't have right now GB Smart cards to do HW tests) :D
